Text game
A short game from the text you have just read: missing words, and sentences to put back together. No cards needed — everything comes from the text itself.
Where
- in the reader — the “⋯” menu → Game from the text;
- on the material’s page — Game from the text, “gaps and sentences from this text”;
- at the end of a text — Play with this text.

At the top — Back to the text, the title and the step bars: nine rounds, six gaps first, then three sentences. In a book the game comes from the current chapter.
A gap

A gap — which word is missing? A sentence from the text missing one of its key words, and four options — all from the same text, in the forms they take there.

After you answer, the right word drops into the sentence in green, and a wrong pick turns red. Next — the next round.
Put the sentence together

Put the sentence together: a short sentence from the text with its words shuffled. Tap the words in order — they line up at the top.

Take the last back — take back the last word. When every word is placed you see whether it came out right; if not, the right sentence appears under the line.
Results

How many of nine, and a word on the result. Again — new rounds from the same text, Back to the text; if you took words from the text into cards — “Train 5 of my words from the text”: training on exactly those.
The game writes nothing into the schedule and changes no cards — it is an exercise in understanding the text.
Questions
- Why does the game not open for some texts?
- This text is too short for a game — too few sentences and rare words.
- Are the rounds the same every time?
- No: the words and sentences are chosen afresh each time.
